Background

Jeremy serves clients in a wide range of real estate and business matters, combining his practice area knowledge and expertise, strategic skills, and practical insights to achieve client goals, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. His real estate practice includes all aspects of purchasing, financing, developing, managing, leasing, and selling residential and commercial real estate of various types, including single family, multifamily, retail, restaurant, industrial, office, condominium, golf course, marina, mixed-use, and special use. Jeremy’s business practice includes entity formation, ownership structuring, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating commercial agreements of various types. Jeremy’s clients include individuals, businesses, non-profits, real estate developers, builders, community associations, investors, and entrepreneurs, among others.

Jeremy also demonstrates a commitment to serving the local community.  He serves on the board of directors and on various committees for the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc.  Jeremy also serves on the Real Estate Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Transaction Law Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
