During the past 40 years of practice, Richard Percic has in each instance attempted to achieve each client’s goals while trying to exceed their expectations in the practice of real estate law including, but limited to: multi-million-dollar lending transactions, including workouts of public loans; commercial purchase and sale transactions, including, but not limited to, golf clubs; shopping centers; and industrial buildings; the purchase and sale of residential properties; stock and asset-based transfers and loans; representation of residential and commercial lenders; and condominium and homeowners associations.
