BACKGROUND

Jeremy specializes in real estate and business matters. His real estate practice involves all aspects of purchasing, financing, developing, managing, leasing, and selling residential and commercial real estate of all types, including single family, multifamily, retail, restaurant, industrial, office, condominium, golf course, marina, multi-use, and special use. Jeremy’s business practice involves entity formation, ownership structuring, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements of various types. Jeremy’s clients include individuals, businesses, non-profits, real estate developers, builders, community associations, investors, and entrepreneurs, among others. Jeremy has practiced law since becoming a member of The Florida Bar in 2013. Jeremy graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in sport management in 2010 and Florida State University College of Law with a law degree in 2013.
