You should not consider this information to be an invitation for an attorney-client relationship and you should always seek the advice of competent counsel in your state. We do not wish to represent anyone viewing this website in a state where this website falls to comply with all laws and ethical rules of that state.

This website is neither a solicitation nor an offer to represent you. Your sending JHRJ or any of its personnel an email through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship with JHRJ. Although we welcome contacts by telephone, electronic mail or other methods, we will not have an attorney-client relationship with you unless and until you and JHRJ enter into a formal written agreement which creates that relationship.

INFORMATION CONVEYED OVER THE INTERNET MAY NOT BE SECURE. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION TO JHRJ, BECAUSE JHRJ WILL NOT TREAT SUCH INFORMATION AS PRIVILEGED OR CONFIDENTIAL, UNLESS WE HAVE AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU. RECEIPT FROM YOU BY JHRJ OF UNSOLICITED OR UNILATERAL CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WILL NOT DISQUALIFY JHRJ FROM REPRESENTING ANOTHER PARTY IN ANY MATTER TO WHICH SUCH INFORMATION RELATES, AND JHRJ MAY USE SUCH INFORMATION AGAINST YOU.

JHRJ maintains its offices in Florida and does not intend or purport to practice law in any other jurisdiction, although individual JHRJ lawyers may be licensed, admitted or authorized to practice in other jurisdictions.
