BACKGROUND
Mr. Kratz is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Western, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. He had been practicing law since 1972 and is Of Counsel with Jeck, Harris, Raynor & Jones. He was also a Prosecutor with the United States Air Force. His areas of concentration are commercial, finance and business law, including litigation and bankruptcy, representing individuals, financial institutions and corporations. He has litigated a variety of commercial and bankruptcy cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States and has significant experience in commercial loans, real estate finance, secured transactions and equipment leasing, asset protection planning, construction law, business counseling, business divorce, and real estate asset management.
