Carter Downs is a member of the Florida Bar Association and has been practicing law since 2015. His areas of concentration include representing developers and investment groups in connection with the purchase, sale and development of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Downs also assists clients in reviewing and drafting commercial and residential leases, as well as handling various land-use and governmental approval matters. Mr. Downs has additional experience in a wide array of litigation matters, including negotiating pre-suit settlements as well as initiating and defending civil suits involving breach of contracts and leases, open accounts, money lent, torts, evictions and foreclosures.
