The Firm has an affiliated business, All Florida Land Title Company ("All Florida"), which provides title insurance and related services. All Florida has been closing transactions and issuing title insurance policies throughout Florida since 1993, and possesses a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience in the title insurance business. The shareholders of the Firm are also the shareholders of All Florida, but the Firm and All Florida are separate businesses, and the customers of All Florida are not necessarily the clients of the Firm. All Florida does not provide any legal services or legal advice to its customers and there is no attorney-client relationship between All Florida and its customers.
